Shipping

Buyer is to ensure someone is around during delivery frame. Courier will only wait up to 5 minutes. If the recipient or buyer is uncontactable, flowers will be left in a safe spot. If there are none suitable, flowers will be brought back to Bliss and a redelivery fee of $30 applies.
